Delivery Information

 

We aim to make and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, at busy times or for large orders this may take a little longer.

Please kindly note sometimes there are delays within the postal system, we recommend ordering as soon as possible to allow for any delays that may occur.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will be sent with Royal Mail's First Class Service or Royal Mail's First Class Signed for Service

Please allow approx 1-3 working days for delivery. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Orders will be sent with an International Standard Service, International Signed for Service or an International Tracked Service, orders often arrive within 1 - 3 weeks but please allow approx 35 days for delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns

​

Returns are only accepted for items that have arrived faulty this is due to items being made to order. I do not accept exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email me within 24 hours of receiving your order at puppyidcollars@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the items condition. Once your return has been approved please return items within 30 days of your original delivery.
